Shipping, Order, & Return Policy Notice

To protect our small business and ensure fair access to merch during our limited Vtuber event, we have implemented the following policies:

• All sales are final. Orders are non-refundable once placed and cannot be returned, so please double-check your cart and shipping info before checkout.

• We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses, PO boxes, or warehouse locations.

• Orders with suspicious or unverifiable shipping details will be automatically canceled and refunded before processing.

• Orders are for USA domestic shipping only.
